Famoda’s diverse landscape lends itself perfectly to the “something different” that everyone seeks to find. We are the only venue in South Carolina able to offer our brides the Wandering Wedding. Why not host your cocktail hour by the pond, appetizers under the Majestic Oak, have your ceremony in the Grove, and then dance the night away in the new barn?? Just imagine the experience this would offer your guest. The Wandering Wedding is a true Event and assures brides that her wedding would be like that of NO others. PLANNING AND SCHEDULING
In attempts to accommodate everyone’s busy schedule and lifestyle, we have thoughtfully planned our days to be available to you. Tours are scheduled by appointment 7 days a week: morning, afternoon, and evenings. We offer ceremonies Friday and Saturday evenings as well as Sunday afternoons. The latest wedding trends recommend conducting rehearsal parties during the week to allow the bride to not only time enjoy the space but allow for time to make last minute decorating or catering changes without undue stress. With our brides in mind, we offer rehearsal parties during the week, but will gladly host any night of the week as long as there isn’t a conflict.
